Common questions

FlowPing is a high-performance latency reduction software, our multi route solutions enable maximum ping reduction, packet loss correction and even drops in connection (disconnects). FlowPing works like an internet GPS, through a route calculation algorithm we deviate from all routes that have problems like lag or packet loss, and we only use the best routes to reach any game in the shortest time (ping).

After completing the process of setting up your FlowPing and entering the game, reopen the FlowPing window and see the optimized ping in the Game Statistics panel. The game executable should appear in the statistics. If it is not appearing there, make sure your game is opened, and also, make sure your antivirus or Windows firewall is allowing access for FlowPing to connect. If it's still not working, disable the firewall and reopen the game.

To run FlowPing you must have the latest version of the programs installed on your machine: Microsoft .NET Framework and Visual C ++ Redistributable Package. Make sure you have all the necessary programs installed on your computer, such as NET Framework and Visual C ++ Redistributable Package. Also check if your Antivirus / Windows Firewall is allowing access for the program to make internet connections, if you are not sure, disable the Firewall temporarily.

These are the servers we recommend to use in your game, this is a recommendation made by the program itself, but you are free to use any server you want, including the servers from the "Other" tab.pages.faq.questions.8.end

Using FlowPing does not ban any user in any game, the program does not make any modifications or injections to the game files.

Yes, our system works worldwide. FlowPing has over 500 servers around the world, so we can offer the lowest ping to everyone.

Yes! FlowPing works in games that have zone lock. So, in addition to making a secure connection to the end server, you can play anywhere in the world.

The Turbo Games function is designed to improve your keyboard response time in online games, delivering superior performance. To activate this function, open the program, go to the top right corner under "Settings" and activate Turbo Games.

Boost FPS is a function designed to prioritize gaming processes on your machine. With unique optimization technology, you can get multiple frames per second when using Boost FPS. To enable this function, open the program, go to the upper right corner under “Settings” and enable Boost FPS option.

The routing options were designed to enhance the user experience. The Modes are two different ways in which the program uses to connect to games, if FlowPing is not working properly on your computer, try a different Mode changing it on Settings at the upper right corner.

Make sure that when uninstalling FlowPing, you also uninstall the driver called “Windows Packet Filter”, that way you won’t have any issue with your internet connection.

First, close your FlowPing, then disable Windows Firewall and your antivirus (if you use it). Then open FlowPing as Administrator mode (by right-clicking on the FlowPing icon, and select run as administrator) make sure that the servers will be optimized within 5 minutes. Change to mode 2 (if in mode 1) and restart FlowPing.

To cancel a recurrence, simply log into your account through our website by clicking on "My Account" in the upper right corner. After accessing your account, in the menu on the left, click the "Recurrences" button in the "Quick Access" panel. Then click on the payments and click "Cancel", you will be directed to one of our specialists who will help you in the cancellation process and guide you in the best possible way.
